2024年11月,，《聯(lián)合國(guó)氣候變化框架公約》第二十九次締約方大會(huì)(COP29)期間,，各締約方就《巴黎協(xié)定》下屬條款達(dá)成共識(shí)，取得積極成果,。圍繞政策視角下的全球氣候治理、歐中環(huán)保合作與氣候治理等話題,，歐盟駐華代表團(tuán)氣候行動(dòng)與環(huán)境事務(wù)一等參贊駱浩君(Laurent Bardon)接受采訪時(shí)表示,，應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化需要巨額投資，需要法律確定性,，增強(qiáng)投資者信心,。此外，作為全球的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體，歐盟和中國(guó)需要共同努力,，建設(shè)完善碳市場(chǎng),。雙方基于環(huán)保合作的基礎(chǔ)，可以共同努力應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化,。(薛凌橋 林卓瑋)

　　The 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), or COP29, kicked off in Azerbaijan's capital city of Baku in November in 2024. All parties have agreed on the subordinate terms under the Paris Agreement, making an important breakthrough. 

　　Speaking on the global climate governance from the perspective of the policy as well as the environmental protection cooperation and climate governance, Laurent Bardon, first counsellor for Climate Action and Environment at the European Union (EU) Delegation to China, said in a recent interview with China News Network, that to address climate change, the world needs huge investments and we must have legal certainty towards investors to boost their confidence.

　　Additionally, he added that as major economies globally, the EU and China can make joint efforts in building and improving the carbon market mechanism.
